We provide techniques based on a deep understanding of the physiology of the breathing process; the unity of the working of heart and the brain, and their relationship to human consciousness and positive self-development. It is this proven connection between physiology and psychology that makes our exercises so effective.

The HeartSpheres® techniques focus on developing three core skills:

  • Inner calm. Developing calm, peace and composure enables us to distance ourselves from pressure and gain objectivity and healthy detachment.
  • Appreciation. Positive thinking can stimulate strong feelings of appreciation, recognition, care and compassion. This skill is important in building team motivation and in facing major organisational change or personal problems.
  • Open-mindedness. By learning to put aside unwanted thoughts, feelings and preconceived judgments, we can be open to new ideas and perceptions. We can find new and creative solutions to difficult questions and feel empowered to act creatively and with confidence.

We also use visualisation, internal dialogue, mental rehearsal and memory techniques in our customised workshops for all sizes of businesses, institutions and associations. We operate in the whole of Europe as well as the UK.
